I think I finished up my Christmas shopping yesterday! It’s a big accomplishment. I used to do all my shopping on Black Friday and have everything wrapped by the first week in December. What has happened to me since then? I’m falling apart! Not really, but I’m definitely not as organized as I used to be. Speaking of not being organized, I told you a few days ago that I realized I was really short on Christmas cards. I thought I had enough made up to send out, and then realized I need something like 75 more! Whoa! It almost scared me into not sending any out, but instead I met the challenge head on last weekend and made 70 cards in about 4 hours. I was pretty pleased with myself. They weren’t fancy or ornate, but I was happy with how they turned out. The batch I’m showing today was made with the adorable Warmth & Cheer designer paper and the Christmas Magic stamp set.
For the background, I cut the 6″x6″ Warmth & Cheer designer papers into 3″x3″ squares, and attached two onto each card at an angle. I love this paper pack! If you do too, check it out because it’s 50% off right now!
The cute old-timey snowman is from the Christmas Magic stamp set. I stamped him, then punched him out with the 2″ circle punch.
I made 35 of these cards in just a short time. Best of all, they’ve already been signed, addressed and dropped in the mail! Hopefully many of them have already arrived!
