Welcome friends, I’m so glad to have you with me today. I had an idea pop into my head recently, having to do with scoring corners on a card. I sat down to play with this idea and loved how it turned out. Today I’m sharing this beautiful trick with you. You can try it on any of your card projects and I made mine with the Stampin’ Up! Citrus Blooms bundle.
Stampin Up Citrus Blooms
Here you can see this delightful stamp and die set. I just love how citrus fruits are cheerful and bright and fun. They can bring a smile to anyone at any time! I used this set along with the beautiful coordinating Mediterranean Blooms paper pack.

Corner Trick Explained
To create fancy corners on your card projects is simple. You’ll need a scoring board and either a diagonal attachment for it or a triangle of card stock measuring 6“ x 6“ and cut in half diagonally.
Lay your card piece against the triangle so that one of the corners of your paper touches the six inch mark at the top of your scoring board. Looking at the corner of the card stock on the right, count and score on the fourth and fifth lines from the corner. Rotate the card stock and repeat this on all four corners.
Then all you do is fold on the score lines to create these amazing corners.
To double layer as I did, you will need one piece of paper that measures 4“ x 5 1/4″ and another piece that measures 3 3/4“ x 5“.
Neat, right?!
