A few weeks ago, we held our annual retreat for my Stampin Up demonstrator team. Our team name is the Sassy Stampers, and many of us gathered for a day to craft, catch up, eat some great food, and just enjoy being together.
We started the day with make and takes. Normally for our gatherings we do card swaps where everyone bring a pre-made card to share. This time we did make and takes instead of swaps. It’s always so much fun to make projects that someone else has designed. What a treat!
Here are a few of the make and take projects:
Beautiful, aren’t they? For more information on the peony card which I designed, click here.
More make and takes!
Here is my Mini Me making one of the make and takes. In case you haven’t learned this by now, the key to making a perfect card is to stick your tongue out!!
More crafting fun!
I made special favors for those who were able to attend. You can see them below with the wreaths on the front. They are a double pocket card, and I included both a seed packet and a card on the inside. I give all the instructions for how to make them here.

We are already making plans for next year’s retreat! I would love for you to join our Stampin Up demonstrator team and join us. Learn more about becoming a demonstrator and please contact me if you have questions!

[…] And below is another version of the same project, just decorated differently. Instead of holding a gift card inside, I included a seed packet and used these as a gift for my team members at our team retreat last summer. […]
