One of my most loyal customers sent me a message the other night and told me she wouldn’t be at card class because it was her 25th anniversary and that she and her husband were going out to eat. Well that deserves a card!
I knew I needed an anniversary card, and I decided to design it based on the TGIF sketch challenge this week. Here is the sketch.
I flipped through my designer paper packs and settled on using the Typeset paper. It’s all basic black and very vanilla…very classy looking. For the focal point of the card I used a stamp from the Remarkable You stamp set. Isn’t that flower gorgeous? I used an aqua painter and Blackberry Bliss ink to ‘paint’ it.
The word ‘Congrats’ is from our Expressions Natural Elements pack. I inked it with Versamark and used gold embossing powder all over it. I thought it turned out pretty snazzy. I love the messy gold thread too.

Black and white with touches of gold and purple- very elegant. Thanks so much for playing along with our TGIF challenge this week.
