Yesterday I shared a fall scrapbook page and coordinating card idea with you. Today I want to introduce you to the beautiful new Stampin Up Love of Leaves stamp set. It is perfect for fall project ideas, but also for use throughout the year. Take a look!
I kept these cards very simple, and they would be perfect for beginning stampers. All you need is white cardstock, the Love of Leaves stamp set, a few colors of ink (or you could stick to a single color if you like), and dimensional adhesive dots.
I trimmed down some white cardstock to dimensions that seemed appropriate for the different leaf shapes, did my stamping, and attached the cardstock pieces with dimesionals. So quick and easy!
Let’s take a look at the cards one by one. The card below uses Just Jade ink. It is a new favorite color by many of my customers. What cute, heart-shaped leaves!
Here is a simple project using Crumb Cake ink. I love this greeting, ‘Hope Changes Everything.’ The leaf shape also holds a special place in my heart, because the Buckeye is Ohio’s state tree, and I am also an Ohio State Buckeye. I spent six, yes six, years of my life on campus there, and loved (almost) every minute of it.
For the card below, I used three colors of ink – Cajun Craze, Bumblebee, and Cinnamon Cider. Such pretty fall colors!
Watch along below as I share how to make these pretty cards!
