I like to highlight different techniques at the classes I offer. Recently I had a customer request to make a screen card, so that’s what we did at my last stamp club gathering. Here ’tis.
Here’s how to make this heartfelt sympathy screen card. Begin with a piece of crumb cake cardstock that measures 5 1/2″ x 12″. Score it at 4″ and 8″, then fold to make a standard size card. I used the Deco Labels Framelits to cut the opening for the greeting as well as the cut out at the bottom. Just fold the card once or both times before running it through the Big Shot to cut through 2 or all 3 layers at the same time.
The flowers are from the Petite Petals and Flower Shop stamp sets.
I love trying out new types of card folds. I’ll have more ideas for you soon!
