A bright, fun birthday card today! Happy Hour is one of our really fun stamp sets that is being retired, so get it now! This card is very simple. I used the Confetti Celebration designer paper for the background and added a few stamped images from the Happy Hour set in bright colors. Tie a ribbon on it and it’s done!
