I got home last night from a weekend crafting retreat with some of my favorite people. To everyone who came, thank you! My classes and events wouldn’t be much fun by myself, so I really appreciate everyone who comes! I’ll probably be recovering from the lack of sleep and mess in my house for the next week, but that’s ok, it’s totally worth it. Moving on to today’s project, I wanted to share the team member gifts I recently presented to many of the ladies on my Sassy Stampers team.
These boxes came together quickly using our gift box punch board. I used the Affectionately Yours designer series paper for the tags and made the boxes out of our new(ish) 2016-2018 In Colors – Emerald Envy, Peekaboo Peach, Dapper Denim, Flirty Flamingo, and Sweet Sugarplum. The ruched ribbon that I used is my favorite ribbon! It is sooo easy to work with compared to many ribbons. It always seems to do exactly what I want it to!
Alright, alright, enough about the boxes. What was inside? The fun locket bracelets shown below! I’ve been looking for a way to reward the ladies on my team who are regularly placing orders, holding events, and signing up new team members. The bracelets and charms are going to be a fun way to reward their achievements, both small and large. Each of the charms has a special meaning. For example, the silver turtle at the bottom is for demonstrators who advance from bronze to bronze elite. I chose the turtle because ‘slow and steady wins the race.’ The demonstrators who earn this are doing more than the bare minimum and are beginning to see the results of putting in some time and effort.
FYI – I am not an arm model for a reason!
