Today I have a project to share that we will be making at my upcoming Stamp Camp! It’s a dove Christmas card, and I’ll share the technique I used to make the dove gorgeous and glistening. Please join in!
Dove Of Hope Stamp Set
The Dove of Hope stamp set is just lovely. It includes two peaceful doves, an olive branch, ornament, small snowflake, and lovely greetings. The greetings are as delightful as the doves.
Detailed Dove Dies
The coordinating die set includes multiple pieces and parts for making gorgeous doves. It also includes several branches and decorative elements.
Using the stamp set and dies together is the perfect recipe for gorgeous dove Christmas cards or those for other occasions throughout the year as well!
Using Shimmer Paint
See how the dove is radiant and glistening?
I used our Frost White Shimmer Paint with a sponge dauber to sponge it over the top of the dove. I used a swirling motion to apply the paint. The swirls left some streaks, so I dabbed and blotted it gently to remove the streaks.
I’m planning to talk more about shimmer paint in an upcoming post, because this stuff is awesome!
