This week is a pretty exciting time in the Stampin’ Up! year. Yesterday I got to place my pre-order for new items from the Occasions Catalog and Sale-a-bration. It is so much fun to look through a new catalog (as you probably know), and pick which fun items I’m going to add to my craft collection. I actually chose to have my order rush shipped so that I can get my fun stuff and start playing sooner! If you’re like me and would love to see and order new items now, you can do so by ordering a Starter Kit during the month of December. It’s a great way to get the items you want and get new items early, all at a great price! Contact me with questions. Now, let’s take a look at today’s project…a Hershey’s Nugget Jar treat holder!
I found a picture of one of these cute jars on Pinterest and had to figure out how to make it. I thought they would be perfect for little gifts, stocking stuffers, or treats for your Christmas dinner table!
Here’s how to make it:
Start with a piece of cardstock measuring 1 1/2″ x 5 1/2″. Score it at 2″ and 3 1/2″.
Flip it vertically, and score at 1/4″ and 1 1/4″.
Fold on the score lines and snip as shown.
Fold the box up and secure with glue dots.
You’ll need two jars stamped and cut from cardstock with a small oval cutout in the center. You’ll also need two jars cut out of window sheets, with no oval cutout, as shown on the right. Glue the cardstock jars directly on top of the window sheet jars. Now they’re ready to attach onto the box you made.
Add lids and a cute tag from the Tags & Tidings set, and you’re done! Oh, and I forgot to mention, use designer paper cut to 1″ x 3″ to wrap up your Hershey’s Nuggets. I guess the biggest question is…what kind of Nuggets will you choose???
There you go, a cute Hershey’s Nugget Jar treat holder!

I love this project. Thank you for sharing. I do have a question- did you use year and tape or Tombo to attach the jars to the base?

I’m glad you like it! I used tear and tape adhesive. Good luck making them!
