Happy Sunday! How has your weekend been? Mine has been pretty good. I worked on a few house projects and then last night I had a…wait for it… rare date night with my fiance! With 4 kids and 3 1/2 hours between the two of us, dates have been few and far between. It’s pretty exciting when we can do something with just the two of us. It doesn’t matter whether it’s an actual date or falling asleep on the couch together, it’s exciting! Well thanks for stopping in today. The card I’m sharing is a stained glass card idea using our lovely Graceful Glass vellum, and I specifically created this card as a quick and simple way to use the vellum without taking the time to color it with markers.
Here are the prints that come in the Graceful Glass vellum pack. There are a lot to choose from! FYI, my 4 year old loves these! We’ve had one that she colored a while back hanging on our front window for months now. It’s a pretty little suncatcher.
I used the vellum as an overlay on top of three different prints from the Garden Impressions designer paper pack, shown here.
And here’s a close-up of the card. The greeting is from the Enjoy Life stamp set, and I used my absolute favorite Stitched Shapes framelits to cut out the blue circle.
