Graduation is rapidly approaching! Some of you out there probably can’t wait, and some of you probably want it to hold off a little longer!
This card was one from my April stamp set of the month. Each month, I choose a favorite stamp set and make five cards using the set. If you purchase the set, you get the card kits included. See the current stamp set of the month here.
It is very simple to make this Celebrate Today graduation card. The ‘punch art’ graduation hat is the only tricky part. I made the hat by first stamping the tassle in Crushed Curry ink onto a piece of white cardstock. Then I used the Artisan Label punch (retiring soon) and punched it out in black. Cut this piece in half. Use the Tree punch and punch two in black. You will trim them down and only use about half of each one. Attach these pieces to the white cardstock where you stamped the tassle so that they look like a hat. Then cut around the hat and attach to your card.
Happy graduation to all of you graduates out there! Here is my card to you!
