Are those paper scraps piling up in your craft area? I know you love ideas for using paper scraps, so today I’m sharing four fun ways to use scraps to create beautiful card projects. The cards I created are highlighting the Stampin Up Terrific Toadstools bundle, which I’ve been having a ton of fun using. Let’s take a look at these cards.

Let’s take a look at the cards I created. I started by covering a piece of 8 1/2″ x 11″ cardstock with designer paper strips from the Woven Textures paper pack. Then I used that piece to create several pieces.
For this cute card, I cut a piece measuring 4 1/4″ x 5 1/4″ and used that as the background.

Then I used the Countryside Corners dies (retiring soon) to cut this background piece. I embossed the mushrooms onto brown cardstock with white embossing powder, and I love how it turned out.

The Heartfelt Hexagon punch is one that I use often, and I used it to punch these three background pieces for my trio of ‘shrooms.

Last, but not least, I trimmed a few strips for the background of this card.
