Hi stampers and welcome. I’m so excited to share today’s project, which is a collection of fall-themed cards that I created in a short sitting. I used the Stampin Up Changing Leaves bundle, which is an amazing and unique one. Let’s take a look at these lovely cards!
12 Cards In 30 Minutes Tutorial
Watch along here as I share several techniques for creating these cards (and others) in a short amount of time.
Stampin Up Changing Leaves Bundle
Here you can see the stamps, dies, and embossing folder that I used to create these cards. This is such a unique set, because the stamps, dies, and embossing folder all coordinate. You can use the stamps with the dies, the dies with the embossing folder, the stamps with the embossing folder, or all three together!

Here you can see the cards I created in today’s tutorial.
If you would like to replicate these cards, here are the steps for preparing the card pieces:
- Prepare 3 leaf stamps on a large block, and stamp 4 card mats measuring 4” x 5 1/4”. I used the baby wipe technique to stamp in multiple colors instead of using a regular ink pad.
- Emboss 4 card mats that measure 4” x 5 1/4” using the embossing folder. Use blending brushes to apply ink in the colors of Cherry Cobbler, Cajun Craze, and Blackberry Bliss.
- Use 4 more card mats, in the colors mentioned above, to create embossed die cuts. Lay the metal die over the embossing folder where the leaves line up, then lay the paper inside and carefully close it. Run this through your machine and remove the beautiful die cut and embossed pieces.
- Use some 1/2” wide strips to stamp greetings, and cut them apart.
- Prep 12 card bases in the colors of your choosing. Again, I used Cherry Cobbler, Blackberry Bliss, and Cajun Craze.
- Begin assembling. Make sure to watch along with the video for tips on quick and simple assembly!
