I’ve already told you that I’m totally anti-Christmas until the day after Thanksgiving. However, since I’ve been a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, it has come naturally that I alter my ways slightly because preparing for holiday cards and projects is best done before December. I don’t know about you, but if I wait to make my cards until December, it just won’t happen. Plus I need to inspire all of you in time for you to get the necessary materials and make your own projects, right?
So between now and Christmas, you will be seeing a LOT of Christmas projects on my blog. There will be plenty of fall and general projects as well, but lots of Christmas. Since I got the new holiday catalog and my preorder sampling of products arrived, I just want to use it all up! Right now! These products are so beautiful I can’t even describe them. In just a few days you will be able to see them all for yourself!
Today’s Gold Wonderland Christmas card is a classy winter scene. I love the combination of the very vanilla cardstock, gold foil and gold embossing.
The vellum I used in the background came from our new Winter Wonderland designer vellum stack. It is AMAZING. When I first flipped through it, I absolutely loved the designs and colors. Then I realized that the vellum that has gold designs on one side, has the same design in silver if you flip to the opposite side. Oh my goodness I love it even more now!
The gold foil doily (new in our 2015-2016 annual catalog) made a great accent under the greeting. The greeting came from the Embellished Ornaments stamp set.

I love what you did with this card! I would love to share this on my blog for ‘My Crafty Friends Monday’ (a round up of amazing cards from amazing stampers!)! Please let me know if you would prefer that I didn’t share it (of course I give you credit and link back to your blog!).
Inky Hugs!
