Hey all! Thanks for stopping in today. I have a stamp set I can’t wait to introduce to you. The Stampin Up Punch Party set has been my latest go-to for creating a lot of quick and easy cards, because I’ve been sending a lot of cards lately and I need to re-stock my supply! Today I want to share this stamp set along with a simple card recipe you can use to make tons of cards quickly. Let’s get started.
Stampin Up Punch Party Stamp Set
The stamp set I used on today’s cards is called Punch Party, and it’s actually a hostess perk for the rest of February. With any $300+ order, you will get this set completely free in addition to regular hostess rewards AND Sale-a-bration perks. This stamp set contains phrases and greeting for lots of different occasions such as baby showers, everyday, congratulations, happy birthday, thank you, celebrations, and more. It also contains oval, rectangle and heart shapes which were made to coordinate with the Heart Punch Pack, Rectangular Postage Stamp Punch, and Double Oval Punch. The words and phrases in this set fit perfectly inside these punches. I’ve also found there are many other Stampin Up punches these stamps coordinate with such as circles and tags.
I just LOVE being able to stamp a greeting and punch it out quickly. This set is perfect for that. Now let’s look at the ‘card recipe’ I followed to make these simple, yet beautiful cards quickly.
Simple Card Recipe
Here’s my go-to card recipe to make these cards using the Stampin Up Punch Party stamp set.
- Card base measuring 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″
- Large piece of designer paper measuring 3 3/4″ x 5″
- Strip of designer paper measuring 1″ x 5 1/2″
- Punch created with Punch Party stamp set
Assembling the Card
To assemble these cards, center and attach the large piece of designer paper to the card base. Next, reach for the strip of designer paper and attach it on top of the larger piece. It can either be placed centered or off-centered.
Next, you’re going to create a punch using the Stampin Up Punch Party stamp set. Choose the phrase you’d like to use and punch with the coordinating punch. If desired, you can punch a larger piece to lay behind your greeting as well. Finish the card off by attaching the phrase with dimensionals on top of the designer paper strip.
That’s it! It’s just that quick and easy, and I’m confident you’ll be able to create a ton of cards using this simple recipe.
