It’s time for my weekly check-in and a topic completely unrelated to stamping! This time I’m sharing our trip to the berry farm over the weekend. We picked lots of berries and I’ve been making cakes, pies, and jam ever since!
Who do you know who would love to go berry picking? Grab the kids, grandkids, or anyone else who needs out of the house and go pick some of those juicy delights.
Here are my amazing helpers…
You might want to put on some sunscreen. My pasty skin got burnt!
Here’s what we brought home – 2 big boxes full!
These were my first two creations – a poke cake and an amazing strawberry pie with lots of cream cheese layered in the bottom. Yum!
We made a big batch of jam too. So good.
Make sure to get out and support those local farms, markets, and roadside stands this summer
Are there certain topics you would like me to share about related to the farm, recipes, parenting, gardening, or anything else? Let me know!

Thank you for all your posts. We have a farm store. also a small fert plant. and we farm about 1000 acres. Keeps us busy as I am sure you know. Not sure where prices are going to end up but we know who is in control.
