Happy Christmas Eve! For those of you who have been aware of what’s going on in my personal life, I want to let you know that I am officially allowed to move to Indiana! I got engaged to a wonderful man who lives in northern Indiana last spring, but the process to be allowed to move my daughter has been long and complicated. I received an unexpected early Christmas present this past Friday when I got permission to move! After waiting and waiting, and postponing our wedding twice, we were overjoyed! Overjoyed in an exhausted, overwhelmed kind of way, but overjoyed. Thank you for those of you who have been praying. As for today’s project, this is my 12th Day of Sneak Peeks from our new Occasions Catalog. Today’s card features the new Stampin’ Up! Butterfly Gala stamp set, and it makes my heart flutter!!
The Butterfly Gala stamp sets coordinates with both our new Butterfly Duet punch AND the Botanical Butterfly designer series paper pack which is one of our Sale-a-bration reward items this year. During Sale-a-bration, which begins January 3, you can choose a free item with every $50 you order. The beautiful butterfly designer paper, which I used to punch out the colored butterflies, could be one of the free items you choose!
I stamped the black and white butterflies in the background using the Butterfly Gala stamp set, then simply added the colored butterflies which I had punched from the designer paper. It was very simple to create, but very dramatic because of the color and dimension of the butterfly wings.
Have you been making your wish list of what you want from the new Occasions Catalog? Ordering will begin soon! Make sure to get what you want from our retiring Holiday Catalog items before they’re gone January 2!
